Digital keys and downloads
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. For digital content, that right ends once delivery has started with your consent: when you pay, you agree that the key is delivered immediately and that the right to cancel then no longer applies.
If a key does not work, is already used, or is for the wrong region, contact us within [14] days of delivery with your order number. We replace it or refund you.
Services
Coaching and hosting can be cancelled within 14 days as long as the service has not started. After that we refund the part not yet delivered.
Merchandise
You can return unused merchandise within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds cover the item price; you pay the return shipping unless the item was faulty.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid in cryptocurrency to an address you give us, in the amount of the order's store-currency price, or in the same coin at our choice. Network fees are deducted.
